Job Summary:
The Programs Manager plays a critical role in advancing Habitat for Humanity’s mission by leading the homeownership and home preservation programs in our service region. Reporting to the Executive Director, the programs manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor the organization’s homeownership program, “Pathways to Homeownership,” and home preservation program, “Repair/Rehab.” The Programs Manager will collaborate with external partners and the affiliate’s construction manager, advancement team, volunteers, homebuyers and homeowners to fulfil program requirements in accordance with Habitat for Humanity of the Northern Flint Hills’ standard of excellence and the operations described in the affiliate operations manuals.
Time Commitment: Approximately 20-30 hours per week, including Saturdays
Pay: $14 per hour
Job Summary: The ReStore Donation Ambassador works with teammates to drive the ReStore donation truck to meet the donors, safely load and secure donations, carefully transport donations to the ReStore, and then safely unload donations into the warehouse receiving area.
Time Commitment: Approximately 20-30 hours per week, including Saturdays
Pay: $14 per hour
Job Summary: The ReStore Donation Processor tests all donations that come in and ensures that they are in working order. May also assist the ReStore manager in pricing items and unloading donations. The Donation Processor also helps customers in store and on the phone.
