Weatherization

Spread the word. We are here to help.

Habitat for Humanity’s Weatherization program reduces energy costs for households by measuring energy efficiency with a thermal image and blower-door energy audit, reducing energy loss through sealing, insulation, and/or HVAC upgrades. Finally, if feasible, we will increase energy production through the installation of solar photo-voltaic panels.

To qualify for this program you must own and occupy the house on which the work is to be done, and have that property covered by homeowners insurance. In cases where the home is rented, exceptions may be made with written permission from the property owner. To qualify for reduced costs for this service, you must qualify as low-income per the income guidelines on the right side of this page.
